All products, designs, logos, brand names, and content associated with Faithience® are the exclusive property of Faithience LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

Faithience® strictly prohibits the unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use of its products by third parties. No individual, entity, or retailer is permitted to resell, reproduce, or modify any Faithience® product or design for commercial gain without the express written permission of Faithience LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, resale on third-party marketplaces, private sales under false representation, or the use of our brand identity in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

All original product designs, including graphics, slogans, and brand aesthetics, are copyrighted and trademarked by Faithience LLC. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Faithience® reserves the right to pursue enforcement, including but not limited to cease and desist orders, civil litigation, and damages, against any party found in violation of these terms.

By purchasing from Faithience®, you agree not to engage in unauthorized resale or misuse of any Faithience® product, asset, or intellectual property.
