Shipping policy

How long does shipping take?
Once your order is confirmed, please allow approximately 2-5 business days for fulfillment. Depending on the shipping method selected by the consumer, delivery typically takes an additional 5-7 business days, depending on the carrier. Each product is made especially for you upon order placement, which is why delivery takes a bit longer. Producing items on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so we appreciate your thoughtful purchasing decisions.

Can I return or exchange products? 
Only damaged products are acceptable.

My product was stolen, can I get a refund?  
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

I gave an incorrect address; can I get a refund?
We are not responsible if you provided an incorrect address at checkout. A refund will not be granted.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, once approved for return/refund we will email you with more details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.
