Refund policy

Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Exchanges or complete replacements are only accepted if the items were received damaged. If you received a damaged product, please take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to customerservice@faithience.com within 48 hours of receiving.

In cases of unworn or unused items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as for any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@faithience.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@faithience.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@faithience.com

Due to the unique nature of our production process, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, etc. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the accurate selection of size, color, and other specifications before completing the purchase. Additionally, we encourage consumers to carefully read the product descriptions to make informed decisions.

Fraud Policy
Order cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any order identified as potentially fraudulent by our system. Verification: If you believe your order has been mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact our customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, once approved for return/refund we will email you with more details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.
